Music at six in the morning

Tuesday morning I woke up bright and early, and was invited down to Freestar to see a live performance of Cylindrian Rutabaga. It was 6AM, and I was not sure if I was ready for music, but I headed down none-the-less, and was greeted with an amazing surprise.

Cylindrian Rutabaga has quite a lovely voice, and her music ranges in a pleasant package for you to hear. Her piano playing is simply dramatic and blends perfectly with her voice range. She has a voice for Broadway and a face for the big screen.

I spend a lot of time listening to live music, and I so enjoy the times where the artist play and converse with the crowd. Cylindrian does just that, and keeps us entertained in song and out of song.
